AppDynamics, another longstanding partner of CG, came to us looking to make an end of the year video to celebrate their employees and highlight the year's accomplishments. The goal was to create a video that was both celebratory and sentimental in tone as it recapped all that was achieved and overcome during the pandemic stricken year, while also providing an optimistic nod to what lies ahead.
I came up with a yearbook format, sourcing images from hundreds of employee and company photos taken throughout the year, pairing them with narration I wrote. This allowed us to weave a story that celebrated the hard work, dedication, and resiliency of AppD's employees, while closing the book (literally) on a difficult year fraught with the complexities of the pandemic.
