Forrester, a long standing partner of CG, wanted an opening video to kick off their North America Customer Experience event which we were producing. The goal was to create a video that would set the tone for the CX event by highlighting Forrester's customer-first insights and services.
Working with a tight budget I came up with a line art concept where we would track an animated line through the video. The line drives the narrative, underscoring key concepts and forming into images that help illustrate the story.
